Expert Service
Our Process
Once you complete the onboarding process with our team, we will walk you through our order entry procedures, workflow expectations, and the services you can expect from us. From there, you can begin shipping inventory directly to our fully insured warehouse facility for Amazon FBA, Walmart WFS, or direct-to-consumer fulfillment.
Upon arrival, all shipments are checked for any visible shipping damage and placed into dedicated storage space specifically assigned to your business. Our team will carefully unbox your shipments, verify quantities and contents, and thoroughly inspect items for any damage or discrepancies. If any issues are discovered, we will promptly notify you. We then professionally prepare and fulfill your inventory according to the specific requirements of Amazon, Walmart, or your direct-to-consumer orders to ensure accurate and timely processing.

Direct to Consumer
- Starting at $3.00 per order for standard pick, pack, and ship services
- Pricing may vary depending on:
- Number of items per order
- Packaging complexity

- Special handling or branded inserts
- Custom pricing available for high-volume brands and subscription box businesses
Volume Discounts
We go by calendar month so you will be charged based on total units sent in the month. Multipacks/Bundles (Up To 4 Units - $.50/Additional Unit)
- 500-1k at $1.40 Single / $2.40 Multi
- 1k–2k at $1.30 Single / $2.20 Multi
- 2k–4k at $1.20 Single / $2.00 Multi
- 4k+ at $1.00 Single / $1.75 Multi
MISC
- Shoes – $2/Unit (incl. Quality Inspection and rubber band for box lid. $3.50 additional charge if we provide a new shoe box. (E.g. damaged or destroyed shoe box)
- Glass – $3/Unit
- Small Oversize – $3 /Unit (13+ inches)
- Oversize – $5/Unit (18+ inches)
- Stretch Wrap – $2/Unit
- Pallet Storage – $40 Per Pallet/Month
- LTL Shipping – $30/Pallet

- $1.50 Single Unit (incl. labels, polybags, bubble wrap, and shipping boxes)
- $2.50 for Multipacks/Bundles (Up To 4 Units – $0.50/Additional Unit)
MISC:
- Shoes – $2/Unit (incl. Quality Inspection and rubber band for box lid. $3.50 additional charge if we provide a new shoe box. (E.g. damaged or destroyed shoe box)

Terms & Conditions
- Shipping Plans will be created by either us or you and approved by you.
- All damaged items will be destroyed after 30 days, if we are not advised of your wishes for their disposition.
- Any removals from Amazon that are not labeled with owner information, will be destroyed.
- We will provide fee reimbursements for items that have been mislabeled by us.These items must be returned to us for verification of mislabeling. StarShip Prep will not provide reimbursement for errors caused by Amazon.
- StarShip Prep LLC reserves the right to retain inventory for unpaid invoices.
- StarShip Prep LLC will not disclose any supplier information to any third-party.
